A graduate of the University of Texas at Austin (BA, English), and the University of Colorado at Denver (MS, Accounting), I work as a CPA providing financial consulting services to individuals and small business owners in Denver, Colorado.
Having received early training in audit with a global public accounting firm, I went on to a leadership role in accounting and financial reporting at a local municipal agency before opening my own practice, The Sand Creek Company, in Spring 2013.
Volunteerism
I am proud to have raised my family in Central Park (CP), and am pleased to give back through my volunteer work with Central Park United Neighbors (CPUN), a registered neighborhood organization (RNO) devoted to meeting the community needs.
It has also been an honor to serve the CP community as a member of the CP master community association (MCA), and I hope to continue my service throughout 2026, ensuring community dues are properly accounted for and wisely spent.
Westerly Creek Metro District (WCMD)
In May, 2023, I was elected a Director of the Westerly Creek Metro District board, and in that position I have learned a tremendous amount about Central Park – about its history, its amenities and infrastructure, and us, the people who make up the neighborhood. The Central Park development is a tremendous success story, aided in no small part by the MCA. I want the neighborhood to continue to thrive, and build on the foundations established over the past 20+ years, for the benefit of current and future residents.
